Senior Machine Learning Engineer - This role goes beyond model experimentation. The ideal candidate must be capable of designing end-to-end decision intelligence solutions, from data modeling and advanced analytics to business impact measurement and stakeholder adoption. You will operate in a fast-paced production ecosystem where reliability, scalability, and measurable business outcomes are critical. Key Responsibilities- Design and implement advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions to optimize supply chain performance. - Develop performance measurement frameworks aligned with business KPIs. - Build automated, production-ready analytical pipelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable data solutions. - Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and model governance. - Drive stakeholder adoption by clearly communicating insights and quantifying business impact. Required Skills & Experience- Strong experience in advanced analytics, decision science, and applied AI/ML. - Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL. - Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Databricks). - Experience with modern data platforms and analytics engineering (Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses). - Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot). - Experience working in production-grade environments with scalable data systems. - Strong product mindset and experience delivering solutions using agile methodologies. - Proven ability to quantify business value and align analytical solutions with strategic objectives. - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
