Purpose
As Global Maintenance Strategy Engineer, you are responsible to guarantee the reliability of the units, through reliability studies and maintenance strategy review, reducing the breakdowns and costs, increasing the revenue.
You provide guidance and business rules for strategy standardization to the fleet.
Responsibilities
You design and develop maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance plans, to enhance equipment performance and longevity.
You recommend and implement improvements to maintenance practices based on data analysis and feedback.
Guarantee compliance with Performance Standards.
You ensure that the management system related to Maintenance (GEMS) is up to date.
You analyze maintenance and operational data to identify trends and provide insights for strategy optimization.
You validate and manage the calculation of reliability figures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
You support in FMEA conduction.
You have the Governance and execution of Change Request Strategy Level.
You contribute for FCA analysis.
You conduct reliability analysis, including failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), to identify and mitigate potential failure points.
You implement predictive maintenance techniques using data and statistical tools to anticipate equipment failures.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Experience
Experience in maintenance management
Oil and gas experience (desired)
Strong understanding of maintenance planning and CMMS.
