Mandatory Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in software development, either full stack or front-end focused. Strong expertise in .NET C# development and experience supporting legacy .NET Framework applications while contributing to modernization efforts in .NET Core/.NET, including API integrations. Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs. Hands-on experience using Kendo UI for component-rich front-end development. Experience building cross-platform applications with .NET MAUI. Experience with relational databases, with SQL Server preferred. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other identity features. Knowledge of software architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, layered architecture, and microservices. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, globally distributed teams. Desirable Requirements Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Knowledge of Azure services, particularly for web apps, API hosting, and DevOps pipelines. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Understanding of secure coding practices, identity management, and data protection, important for the international insurance environment. Experience working in healthcare or insurance industries is a plus.
