Senior Revenue Operations Manager
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own and continuously improve our Salesforce instance and broader sales tech stack.
You will maintain and evolve Salesforce, connect and manage key sales tools, and translate revenue data into dashboards and analyses that directly inform sales leadership and frontline reps.
This is a hands-on role for someone with 5-10 years of experience who can operate independently, prioritize intelligently, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Salesforce Administration & Ownership
Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce (users, roles, profiles, permissions, objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards)
Maintain data quality through validation, deduplication, and ongoing hygiene processes
Implement and improve sales processes (lead management, opportunity stages, forecasting, pipeline management)
Manage releases, sandbox testing, and change management
-Sales Tech Stack & Integrations
Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, CPQ, billing tools)
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
Evaluate new tools and support implementation and rollout
-Reporting, Dashboards & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards for sales leadership and reps (pipeline, forecast, activity, conversion rates, performance)
Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses to support forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and performance reviews
Translate unstructured data into actionable business insights
-Cross-Functional Revenue Support
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align systems and data
Support planning cycles (forecasting, QBRs, capacity models)
Act as a trusted operational partner to sales leadership
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration
Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a production environment
Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and pipeline management
Experience managing or supporting sales tech tools and integrations
Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Ability to translate business questions into data and systems solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or similar
Experience with basic SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)
Experience supporting forecasting and territory/quota planning
