Responsibilities 1. Strategic Operations & 3PL Governance Manage and govern

the end-to-end national

warehouse operations

executed by 3PL partners, strategically ensuring

peak efficiency

in all logistics flows (inbound, outbound, and storage). Oversee and optimize

daily 3PL activities, implementing

key metrics

to maximize service levels, inventory accuracy, and processing timeliness. Serve as the

technical authority

in

high-value inventory control

, establishing and maintaining rigorous protocols for

IMEI/serial number tracking

and reconciliation.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Auditing Ensure full regulatory compliance

by maintaining flawless consistency between physical goods, information systems, and complex

Brazilian tax documentation

(NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, etc.). Conduct

advanced, systematic auditing

of 3PL adherence to SOPs and safety protocols, initiating corrective actions and driving

continuous improvement

initiatives. Provide expert advisory and practical support for

NF-e invoicing

, freight reconciliation, and assistance with complex

ICMS tax reporting

processes.

3. Project Management & Global Interface Independently execute and drive

key strategic logistics projects (e.g., major WMS/ERP system rollouts, warehouse network expansion) from planning through implementation. Interface directly

with the local Chinese team and

Global Headquarters

to align local operations with global supply chain strategy, acting as the primary subject matter expert in Brazil.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field. Advanced English

is mandatory (daily use). Chinese

is desirable. 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in

Warehouse Management, 3PL Operations, or Logistics

roles, with a proven track record of driving process ownership and high-impact results. Demonstrated

strategic thinking

, exceptional communication, and proven ability to operate with high autonomy

and

strong results-orientation.

Technical Expertise Expert-level mastery

of

Brazilian logistics and tax legislation

(NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, ICMS). Advanced proficiency

in WMS, TMS, and integrated ERP systems. Demonstrated

deep experience

in managing and controlling

high-volume, serialized inventory

(IMEI/serial numbers).
