Retail Environment Manager – Drugstores

The Retail Environment Manager – Drugstores is responsible for developing and managing the retail environment strategy (Drugstores) and the corresponding 7Ps, based on their experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales. This role has direct interaction with Consumer Marketing, Retail Shopper Insights, Category Management, and Customer Development to develop strategies and execution tactics for categories and brands within this Retail Environment.

Main Responsibilities Store segmentation and go-to-market Identification of the shopper mission in the retail environment Evaluation of Colgate-Palmolive and category performance in the channel, definition of strategies and objectives Definition of 5Ps strategies and tactics by retail environment Definition of objectives, coordination of activities, and expense management

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in the drugstore retail environment in Trade Marketing, Commercial, or Retail Marketing. Advanced English. Knowledge of (Nielsen, Neogrid, IQVIA, etc.).
