Performance Static Designer

ReciMe is a recipe app revolutionizing how cooks organize, plan and shop their recipes. Our smart importing tool enables users to aggregate all their recipes in one platform within seconds - whether those recipes came from an Instagram video, recipe blog or grandma’s recipe box. We’ve been a Top 10 app in the US App Store’s Food category for months and were recently featured on The Drew Barrymore Show.

Now, we’re looking for a Performance Static Designer to join our team!

You’ll be responsible for creating static and carousel ads for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to adapt content for different platforms, test variations, and bring ad concepts to life. Your designs will play a key role in driving engagement, conversions, and brand growth. What You’ll Do Design high-converting static and carousel ads for paid social campaigns (Meta & Tiktok & Pinterest) Execute 5–10+ variations per concept quickly based on performance goals Collaborate with strategists and editors to iterate based on data Apply brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency What You Bring Proven portfolio of static ad creatives (performance/social ads) Expert in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent) Understanding of advertising principles and conversion design You’re collaborative, fast, and resourceful Fast turnaround and comfortable with iterative testing Strong communication + ability to work independently You’ve created ads for Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube that actually convert Details Contractor role Location: Remote Hour: Flexible / Project Based
