Job Title: Azure/Windows Architect

Location: Brazil (Remote) Employment Type: Contract

Key responsibilities: Lead Azure migrations:

Conduct on‑prem/public cloud infra assessments using Azure Migrate and drive solutioning for large, complex Azure migrations. Design landing zones:

Understand customer infra landscape; design and build Azure Landing Zones aligned to business, application, and infrastructure strategies. Architect & document:

Provide Azure target architecture (HLD/LLD), BoM pricing, licensing details, and clear TCO/ROI rationale. Migrate & troubleshoot:

Migrate on‑prem workloads to Azure; troubleshoot Azure/Windows issues across processor, networking, clusters, I/O, and memory. Define end‑to‑end solutions:

Realize solution architecture addressing business processes, regulatory needs, quality attributes, and cost efficiency. Windows services expertise:

Administer and troubleshoot Windows File/Print, DNS, WINS, DHCP, clustering, DFS; perform upgrades, backups, and restorations. Team leadership:

Govern and technically guide infra teams (5+ members); provide 24×7 support and work in shifts. Stakeholder collaboration:

Work with internal/customer stakeholders and PMs across banking, healthcare, and insurance domains; ensure risks are mitigated and lessons captured post‑project.

Must have skills: Experience:

13+ years in IT; 5+ years in Azure Infra, Azure Migrate, Azure Networking (IaaS/PaaS), DC/Cloud/Security/SIAM/Data/Storage. Azure services:

Azure Key Vault, Azure IAM, Landing Zone design, BoM/pricing/licensing, TCO/ROI. Windows administration:

File/Print, DNS, WINS, DHCP, clustering, DFS; server consolidation, upgrades, backup/restore. Migration & troubleshooting:

On‑prem to Azure via Azure Migrate; deep troubleshooting in Azure & Windows environments. Leadership & support:

Team governance (5+), stakeholder management, 24×7 support readiness, shift flexibility.

Good to have: Certifications:

AZ‑305 (Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions), AZ‑104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator). Design exposure:

DR/business continuity, identity/governance/monitoring solutions; solution presentations and customer communication.
