Role Overview We are seeking a

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

to drive performance measurement and build scalable, production-grade analytical solutions within a high-velocity supply chain environment. This role goes beyond model experimentation. The ideal candidate must be capable of designing end-to-end decision intelligence solutions, from data modeling and advanced analytics to business impact measurement and stakeholder adoption. You will operate in a fast-paced production ecosystem where reliability, scalability, and measurable business outcomes are critical.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions to optimize supply chain performance. Develop performance measurement frameworks aligned with business KPIs. Build automated, production-ready analytical pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable data solutions. Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and model governance. Drive stakeholder adoption by clearly communicating insights and quantifying business impact.

Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in advanced analytics, decision science, and applied AI/ML. Advanced programming skills in

Python and SQL

. Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Databricks). Experience with modern data platforms and analytics engineering (Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses). Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot). Experience working in production-grade environments with scalable data systems. Strong product mindset and experience delivering solutions using agile methodologies. Proven ability to quantify business value and align analytical solutions with strategic objectives. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
