Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruitment operations for NAMER (North America) clients within an AI/R company structure. This role is responsible for building high-performing talent acquisition strategies to support growth in cutting-edge areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and advanced software engineering.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients and internal leadership, ensuring hiring excellence, speed, quality, and alignment with business goals in a highly competitive and innovation-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for NAMER clients, managing full-cycle recruitment across technical roles within AI/R and technology environments;
Partner closely with clients, hiring managers, and executives to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities;
Build, manage, and develop high-performing recruiting teams, ensuring delivery excellence, hiring quality, and adherence to SLAs;
Design and optimize recruiting processes tailored to the NAMER market, including sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and candidate experience;
Drive hiring initiatives for highly specialized roles, including AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, and Product roles;
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, talent trends and compensation benchmarks;
Ensure compliance with NAMER labor regulations, diversity hiring practices, and internal recruitment standards;
Manage recruiting metrics and KPIs;
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company in talent and industry events when applicable;
Collaborate with HR, People Operations, and leadership teams to align talent acquisition with broader organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in technology-driven environments;
Strong experience recruiting for the NAMER market, with a primary focus on US hiring practices;
Demonstrated success hiring for AI, Machine Learning, Data, Cloud, and software engineering roles;
Experience managing recruiting teams and working with multiple stakeholders and clients simultaneously;
Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics in NAMER;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
Experience working in fast-paced, scaling, or consulting environments.
