Your Role as a Brazilian International Recruiter

As an International Recruiter, you will:

- Create eye-catching and informative job advertisements - Proactively headhunt candidates using job boards, databases, and sourcing tools - Use social media platforms to attract and engage candidates - Screen applications and conduct interviews via video - Prepare candidate presentations and follow up with clients throughout recruitment processes - Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients - Manage your time effectively and work toward weekly and monthly KPIs - Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Market Focus

In this role, you will:

- Recruit mainly for the Brazilian and Portuguese-speaking markets (locally for Brazil/or abroad) - Support international recruitment projects for European clients - Potentially work on additional markets (such as Spanish-speaking markets) depending on business needs

To Be Successful in This Role, You Are…

- Fluent-level Brazilian Portuguese speaker - Fluent in English - Comfortable working with computer tools, CRM systems, sourcing platforms, and databases - Interested in an international career and working with people - Structured and able to multitask - A positive, solution-oriented problem solver - A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with candidates and clients - Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets (sales experience is a plus) - Adaptable and able to work with deadlines - Self-driven but also a strong team player
