to support daily operations,

CRM management

for our growing company. Available Shifts

VA #1:

8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST) VA #2:

2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST)

Language Requirement

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to emails and customer inquiries Use and maintain

CRM systems

to track leads, customers, and follow-ups Support

email marketing campaigns Assist with

SEO tasks

and online optimization Handle

customer service

communications professionally Manage and schedule

social media content Provide

executive assistant support

(calendar management, follow-ups, organization) Support

recruitment and hiring processes

, including: Posting job ads Screening resumes Scheduling interviews Communicating with candidates Take initiative and proactively suggest process improvements

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as a

Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Recruiter, or CRM user Hands-on experience with

CRM platforms

(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) Strong knowledge of

email marketing, SEO, social media, and recruitment tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

English and Spanish Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
