Job Title: Business Development Manager (LATAM Recruitment Focus)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and a proven ability to bring in new clients, particularly in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate understands both the business side of staffing and the recruitment life cycle, making them a key player in driving growth and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client relationships across the LATAM region (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina).
Pitch staffing/recruitment services to potential clients and close deals.
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates for open roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for LATAM-based candidates—from sourcing to on boarding.
Understand and adapt to regional labor markets, client needs, and cultural dynamics.
Track business development efforts using CRM tools and report on progress.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruiting industry.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for LATAM candidates.
Strong client network or ability to generate leads in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.
Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with international or remote teams.
Existing book of business or access to potential clients in LATAM.
Familiarity with global hiring platforms and CRM/recruitment tools.
