Legal Counsel

We are looking for a

Legal Counsel

to join our Revenue team in LaTam. This role will support commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters, ensuring smooth operations and legal risk management. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and support contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements (internal & external) Assist with regulatory filings and ensure company compliance Provide basic legal research and prepare internal memos Support internal stakeholders with legal documentation and process flow Maintain corporate records and assist in governance activities Liaise with external counsel as needed

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law 3-5 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably with exposure to Start-ups and/or Technology companies Familiarity with Indonesian commercial, corporate, and employment law Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written and spoken)
