Program Manager

Summary:

We are expanding globally and seeking an engineer to support the establishment, readiness, and operational capability of new service and infrastructure branches in‑country. This role is critical to ensuring compliant expansion, effective coordination with internal and external partners, and successful deployment of field service operations. Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation of service and infrastructure branches. Facilitate equipment importations, including customs clearance and logistics coordination. Coordinate with legal teams and outside counsel to complete all federal, state, and municipal registrations and compliance requirements. Own reporting processes and maintain alignment between internal teams and third‑party partners. Establish nine or more service branches to support and grow the field service provider network. Ensure branch readiness and operational capability to support field service activities. Maintain clear, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide weekly dashboards and status updates to track progress, escalate risks, and ensure alignment. Required Qualifications:

Background in infrastructure and service network expansion. Experience with documentation processes and validation procedures. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems. Telecommunications industry background. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in environments involving large‑scale technical or operational expansion. Familiarity with cross‑functional coordination across legal, logistics, and technical teams. Soft Skills:

Strong team player. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
