We are seeking a
high-performing Virtual Assistant based in Brazil
to support our
Real Estate Operations and Marketing team
at a
high-producing team at Compass
. This is a
remote position for candidates located in Brazil
, compensated in
Brazilian Reais (BRL)
.
This role requires a professional who is
highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy
, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven U.S. real estate environment
.
You will work closely with the
Real Estate Operations Manager
and the
Principal of the team
, supporting property listings, marketing initiatives, and operational workflows. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers high-quality execution.
Training will be provided on MLS systems and the Compass platform
, and the ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
• Prepare and manage buyer and seller documentation using the Compass platform
• Organize and maintain internal trackers, digital files, and compliance documentation using Google Drive and Compass systems
• Maintain the listing and transaction pipeline with accurate and up-to-date information
• Coordinate post-closing follow-ups, including testimonial requests
Listing & Deal Coordination
• Coordinate listing preparation, including ordering photography, signage, and related services
• Upload and manage listings across Compass, MLS, Zillow, and related platforms
• Prepare marketing materials, including social media posts, open house flyers, and email blasts
• Ensure full compliance with Compass systems and listing requirements
• Monitor and update status changes across all platforms in real time
Marketing & Lead Management
• Design and distribute e-blasts, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts using the Compass Marketing Center
• Manage the team’s Instagram and Facebook pages, supporting content creation, scheduling, and posting
• Coordinate print campaigns and seasonal marketing drops, including mail execution via Postalytics
• Support lead management and follow-ups as needed
Events & Client Support
• Present and organize vendor quotes (venues, invitations, catering, promotional items)
• Support team events and client-facing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a support role such as Executive Assistant, Operations, or Marketing
• Real estate experience strongly preferred, particularly in U.S. real estate operations
• Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using: Google Workspace, E-signature tools, CRM systems, Canva, and AI (ChatGPT)
• Strong written communication skills, with excellent grammar and clarity
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage follow-ups, deadlines, and shifting priorities independently
• Ability to organize tasks, track progress, and proactively flag issues
• Professional, confident, and polished demeanor when interacting with clients, agents, and vendors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive real estate environment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear, proactive communication and status updates
• Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Perks
• R$4,000 per month (paid in Brazilian Reais)
• This is a remote position, compensated in BRL (R$)

• Performance-based growth opportunities are available. Compensation and responsibilities may be reviewed based on performance, consistency, and contribution to the team.
• Work Schedule (Eastern Time):
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Paid time off:
7 holidays
First year: 1 week of paid vacation
From the second year onward: 2 weeks of paid vacation
