Manager, IT Services - LATAM

Overview

We are looking for a Regional IT Services Manager to oversee technology operations and end-user support across Latin America. This role combines leadership, service excellence, and technical expertise to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services for all employees in the region.

You will lead a team of IT professionals, coordinate regional initiatives, manage vendors, and act as the main liaison between local teams and global IT governance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance operational performance with strategic improvements.

Main Responsibilities Manage the regional IT support function, ensuring service quality and user satisfaction. Guide, develop, and motivate the local IT support teams across multiple sites. Supervise incident, request, and change management processes to guarantee service continuity. Partner with global IT leaders to deploy new systems, tools, and infrastructure upgrades. Manage supplier contracts, hardware and software procurement, and related budgets. Maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory IT standards, audits, and security controls. Track key performance indicators and implement actions to optimize service delivery. Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the IT organization.

Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area. 8+ years of professional experience in IT operations, with at least 3 in a leadership capacity. Proven background in managing regional or multi-site IT environments. Solid understanding of infrastructure, end-user computing, networking, and identity management. Experience with ITSM processes and tools; ITIL certification is desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks. Fluent in English and able to operate effectively across cultures and time zones. Availability for occasional travel within Latin America.
