JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Trainee for the Customer Decision Hub (CDH) area to join our team. The professional will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects using the Pega platform, contributing to solutions that optimize the customer experience through data analysis, decision automation, and real-time personalization.

RESPONSIBILITIES Support the implementation of Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions Assist in configuring and customizing the Pega platform Contribute to data analysis and customer segmentation projects Participate in the development of customer journeys and decision automation Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize campaigns Help analyze performance indicators and campaign metrics

REQUIREMENTS Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields Advanced English (essential) Advanced Spanish (essential) Knowledge of Office suite Interest in technology, data analysis, and customer experience Basic knowledge of CRM and digital marketing (desirable)
