Fondi is a global English learning platform focused on conversation-based learning through live events and communities. We are looking for ESL tutors who want to go beyond teaching and grow their own English-speaking community.

Role description As a Community Leader, you will build and grow an English learning community by hosting engaging events and guiding members to actively practice speaking in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities Host English conversation events and community activities Build and grow an active learner community Create simple, engaging speaking activities Guide trial members and support their learning journey Work with the Fondi team to improve engagement and retention Maintain consistency in hosting and community interaction

Requirements ESL tutor or English instructor of English Major Graduated welcome to apply Confident spoken English Comfortable hosting live sessions and leading discussions Interest in community building and learner engagement Reliable and proactive attitude
