We are looking for a seasoned

Full Stack or Frontend-focused developer

with strong .NET and C# expertise to join a globally distributed team. The ideal candidate bridges legacy system maintenance with modern platform evolution, delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions in an international insurance environment. Mandatory Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience (full stack or frontend-focused); Strong command of .NET / C# development; Proven experience maintaining legacy .NET Framework applications alongside modernization work in .NET Core / .NET; Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3; Experience designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs, including API integrations; Hands-on experience with Kendo UI for component-rich frontend development; Experience building cross-platform applications with .NET MAUI; Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred). Security & Identity:

OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other identity/authentication frameworks; Architecture & Patterns:

MVC, MVVM, layered architecture, microservices.

Language Requirements Fluent in English — written and verbal Fluent in Spanish — written and verbal

Nice to Have Microsoft Power Platform :

hands-on familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; Azure & DevOps:

Azure services — web apps, API hosting, and DevOps pipelines and Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks experience; Security & Compliance:

Secure coding practices, identity management, and data protection (critical for the international insurance context); Industry Experience:

Background in healthcare or insurance industries is a strong plus.
