Business Development (BR)
Timo is a global platform expanding across Southeast Asia, ARC, Brazil, and beyond! We specialize in chat, party rooms, and gaming, creating engaging social entertainment experiences for users worldwide.
We are looking for an Business Development to manage and grow our network of agencies in Brazil. If you have a passion for operations, partnerships, and strategy, this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts, ensuring performance and engagement targets are met.
Build strong, lasting relationships with guild leaders and streamers.
Organize events and campaigns to boost community engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.
Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all community members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
1+ year experience in social/voice chat/live streaming/gaming platforms.
Proven recruitment and relationship management skills.
Data-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
