Support Engineer

Along with our partner, we are seeking a Support Engineer who will join their dynamic tech team to support and enhance their software solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in problem-solving and are eager to expand their software development skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting/Support (75%): Provide first-line support for software issues and queries. Apply technical expertise to fix code, adjust software settings, and optimize performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Quickly pinpoint software bugs, system malfunctions, and user-reported errors. Update software applications to enhance functionality and security. Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth operation and performance of applications. Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.

Software Development (25%): Participate in the development and maintenance of software applications. Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of software solutions. Collaborate with team members to refine software functionalities and improve user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of software engineering experience, preferably with a focus on Python. 2+ years of troubleshooting and support experience. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in both written and verbal English communication. A proactive approach and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
