Core Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher · Recognized English teaching certification (TESOL / TEFL / TESL – CELTA or equivalent preferred) · Minimum of 2 years ESL teaching experience · Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and teaching excellence

Professional Qualifications (Preferred)

· Advanced ESL qualifications (Level 5 equivalent or higher such as CELTA, TKT, DipTESOL, PGCE, MEd, PhDEd) · Continuous professional development (CPD) participation · Experience with international learners

Language Capability Requirements

· English proficiency at CEFR C2 (or equivalent) is required · Proficiency in at least one additional language at CEFR B1+ or higher is strongly preferred

Teaching Scope

You may support either young learners or adult learners depending on teaching allocation.

Students may include: • School-aged learners • University students • Working professionals • Adult learners seeking conversational fluency
