Job Purpose: We are looking for a Field Specialist to join our Brazil team. This role will shadow pharmaceutical representatives for the day and prepare a report based on observations made while working with the representative as they interact with their customers. The position is appointment based, depending on the size of the project and number of field days required. The position would be suitable for someone looking for project-related part-time work that leads to a long-term collaboration.

Role Responsibilities: Contacting sales representatives to arrange a shadowing day in the field Observing interactions between sales representatives and customers without disrupting their day (primarily face to face) Conducting a 60–90-minute interview with the sales representative during the field day Submitting structured reports (workbooks), translated into English, after each day in the field based on observations made within 24-48 hours of field visit Attending a 30-60 min online session prior to each project to understand the project objectives and share feedback Participate in project debrief calls and potentially provide feedback to assist in the development of final recommendations

Person Specification:

Experience in sales, marketing or market research within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries Fluent command of Portuguese and English (written and oral) Bachelor’s degree – marketing, science, or data focus is preferred When working on a project, have 1-3 days availability during the week Flexibility to work from morning to evening Flexibility to travel within the country Strong attention to detail and excellent listener Confident user of Microsoft Excel
