Merchant Operation - Store Operations: Oversee online store operations management and leverage product tools to drive rapid business scale-up; take accountability forthe operational results of brand stores.
Data & Strategy: Conduct merchant data analysis and performance reviews; timely adjust operational strategies and plans based on data performance, brand feedback, and market dynamics.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across Offline teams, KA/SMB, User Growth, and Delivery teams; coordinate to achieve the optimal balance between scale, user experience, and P&L for merchant brands.
Innovation: Continuously innovate and iterate business models based on market and competitive dynamics; seek solutions that maximize benefits for brands, users, and the platform.
Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree or above; no specific major required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product operations or merchant operations.
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with merchant operation processes and rules in the Local Services industry; strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to effectively manage the team and drive execution.
Mindset: Agile thinking, clear logic, and the ability to work under pressure.
