Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Workday Consultant. The Workday Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday solutions, managing configurations, and providing analysis and support for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financial Management. The role includes conducting system troubleshooting, documenting business processes, and delivering system training to end users, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Workday systems. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success delivering end‑to‑end deployments (requirements through go‑live and stabilization), partnering closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to design scalable solutions. Workday certification is highly desired, and multi‑country experience is required. Payroll experience (Workday Payroll or third‑party payroll integrations/process alignment) is also highly desired.

Key Responsibilities: Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources processes Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with hands-on experience in Workday systems Knowledge of Workday Financial Management and its implementation processes Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment Lead/Support end‑to‑end Workday implementations for Advanced Compensation and Benefits (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare). Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into Workday configuration and solution design. Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation programs, including eligibility, guidelines, budgets, worksheets, and compensation review processes. Configure and support Benefits programs (eligibility rules, plans, enrollments, events, and associated business processes). Partner with Payroll to align compensation and benefits setup to payroll processing, calculations, and downstream impacts. Support multi‑country needs, including regional process variations and local regulatory considerations as applicable. Develop and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT), support defect triage, and drive resolution. Provide post‑production support, optimize configurations, and recommend process improvements/best practices. Create and maintain functional documentation (configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts, and deployment runbooks).

Requirements:

Proven Workday implementation experience in Advanced Compensation and Benefits (hands‑on configuration). Experience delivering full lifecycle projects: requirements, design, configuration, testing, go‑live, and stabilization. Multi‑country / global deployment experience supporting varied regional needs. Strong functional consulting skills: stakeholder management, process design, and documentation. Ability to work cross‑functionally with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams. Workday certification in Advanced Compensation and/or Benefits (or equivalent validated expertise). Payroll experience, including Workday Payroll and/or alignment with third‑party payroll providers (interfaces, process impacts, payroll dependencies). Experience with Workday security impacts, business process configuration, eligibility rules, and reporting considerations related to Comp/Benefits. Certification in Workday is a plus Must be located in Brazil Must work Eastern Standard Timezone hours
