About the Role We are seeking an experienced Travel Designer to plan and execute highly curated itineraries for a sophisticated and growing global clientele. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering seamless, personalized service. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of luxury hospitality, understands the expectations of affluent travelers, and can manage multiple requests while transforming travel inspiration into flawlessly executed journeys. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and trusted global partners to ensure every trip reflects the highest standards of luxury and service.

Key Responsibilities Build bespoke, end-to-end itineraries tailored to each client’s travel style and preferences Create and maintain long-term client relationships through prompt, thoughtful communication and flawless planning experience Provide expert destination guidance with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards Oversee all aspects of trip planning, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless execution

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in luxury travel design, high-end hospitality, concierge, account management, or another sector within the luxury industry Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple complex itineraries in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional service standards CV in English
