Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT recruitment specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Brazil-based candidates and stakeholders while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in a fast-paced environment. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to the US market being advantageous. - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with Brazil-based candidates in Portuguese as well as English-speaking clients and colleagues. - Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates proficient across various technical domains within the field of information technology.
