Description and Requirements
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Uploading and register products on the ecommerce platform
Conversion rate and performance
Improvement initiatives, and functionality optimization
Contribute to successful results and sales targets
Stock planning and strategy
Implementing promotions & prices
Monitoring the main KPIs (Sales, Operation and Marketing)
Technical tests and platform configurations
Marketing Support: Test links, formatting to ensure error free emails and online advertising, help to develop and test new online marketing channels. In addition, this person will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and the Product team, to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales and profitability through online experience.
Requirements
Prior experience with eCommerce;
Advanced/Fluent English (we can flexibly);
Excel/ Power BI - advanced;
Availability for hybrid work - Vila Olímpia/SP.
