ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Project Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives designed to meet the evolving needs of our global customer base. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment alongside colleagues and customers located around the world. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, influential communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
The Project Manager will oversee and deliver complex projects for airport and airline customers, ensuring seamless operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and consistently high service quality within mission‑critical aviation environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead end‑to‑end project execution, guiding initiatives from initial planning through successful completion.
- Manage projects of varying scope and complexity while ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional and globally distributed project teams.
- Monitor project performance against established plans and implement corrective actions when required.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with stakeholders, leadership teams, and customers to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Maintain a strong customer‑centric approach, ensuring project objectives and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Produce clear, comprehensive project documentation including plans, status updates, governance materials, and lessons‑learned reports
Qualifications:
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Formal Project Management training; PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing end‑to‑end network infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Experience within aviation, airline, airport, global telecommunications, or transportation sectors.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, MPLS, VPNs, Firewalls, and Network Security principles.
- Demonstrated strength in vendor and stakeholder management.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs of varying complexity, budgets, and deliverables within a commercial environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
