Are you a commercially minded marketing leader who can turn vision into impact? We’re looking for a strategic and creative thinker to develop and lead the FY27 strategy and roadmap for a high profile trusted Australian brand– driving growth across paid and owned channels while elevating brand positioning and customer engagement.
This is a high-impact role with Executive visibility, responsible for shaping how they attract new members and guests, evolve their segmentation approach, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will:
Develop the full FY27 strategy and roadmap across paid and owned channels
Shift from a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to a clearly segmented strategy with defined audiences, messaging and channel plans to drive new members and guest acquisition
Establish clear creative platforms and positioning for two high profile brands
Define and embed a robust measurement framework in partnership with Reporting teams to accurately track performance, impact and ROI
Secure Executive buy-in on strategy, forecasts and commercial outcomes
Align and mobilise cross-functional teams (Salesforce, Digital, Search and Social) to ensure delivery against the roadmap
Accelerate on-site content and social capture, working with the Social team to unlock employee-generated and user-generated content opportunities
About You
You are a strategic senior marketing leader with strong creative instincts and the commercial acumen to link brand activity directly to business outcomes.
Demonstrated senior marketing strategic planning / delivery experience
A strong background in social and content-led marketing – you understand that these are experience-driven products where we must show, not tell
Proven experience presenting to and influencing at Executive General Manager level and above
A bias for action, resilience and energy – able to cut through complexity and drive delivery across multiple, siloed teams
Deep understanding of segmentation, audience strategy and full-funnel channel planning
Strong commercial capability, with experience building forecasts, defining ROI and aligning marketing to measurable growth outcomes
