General Manager - Clinical & Service Quality

About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director this newly created, pivotal role drives quality, clinical excellence and compliance. Through embedding a culture of innovation and evidence-based contemporary practice the role will support our dedicated team through innovation and change, operation optimisation and builds culture and capacity to ensure not only sustainability but long‑term organisational growth.
About you
We embed our values in all we do and you’ll share an approach that can navigate clinical excellence as well as people as a priority while delivering strategic outcomes. With extensive clinical expertise within the aged care sector, you’ll be seeking a position that enables oversight and shaping holistic care delivery. You’ll bring energy, drive and genuine enthusiasm complimented with business savvy and an ability to build capacity. The key skills you’re looking to leverage in your next position include:
Extensive experience in leadership of a clinical team achieving clinical outcomes
Demonstrated success leading diverse teams through significant and ongoing change
The ability to innovate, develop, design, plan resource and implement practice, quality frameworks and deliver outcomes with robust governance practices
Extensive partnering, influencing and collaboration engaging and driving multidisciplinary teams in achieving strategic outcomes
Demonstrated strengths across governance, regulatory compliance and quality standard achievement
Excellence senior business operational skills, developing growth and long‑term sustainability
APHRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is a key selection requirement
Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
