As a Principal Systems Engineer in the Workflow Crew, youโll drive the architecture, design, build and governance roadmap across the Group for various workflow technologies. Youโll also provide technical oversight and leadership across multiple business units and geographies.

Lead and mentor engineers while fostering a DevOps mindset and engineering excellence
Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We donโt expect you to know them all, but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team:
Workflow platforms (e.g. Pega, Appian, Temporal)
Cloud & Infrastructure as Code
Microservices and cloud-native integration patterns
DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines
Data architecture and telemetry tooling (e.g. Observe, Obstack, PagerDuty)
Programming languages such as C#, Python, Java is beneficial
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and continuous delivery at enterprise scale
