About the Role We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener to join our Bunbury Clinic in Western Australia on a full‑time basis, working 38 hours a week. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, the role involves managing a variety of tasks and customer demands, including reception, administration, medical screening and support for clinical testing.

Duties

Reception and general administration duties

Processing medical bookings

Results management

Administering health questionnaires

Conducting preliminary medical assessments

Specimen collection (including supervision of drug and alcohol testing)

Audiometry testing

Spirometry testing

Invoicing

Candidate Requirements

Well‑organised with excellent administration skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Detail‑oriented with a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients

Previous medical/clinical and/or receptionist experience is highly regarded; on‑the‑job training will be provided
