Hours: Full-time - 12 Month Fixed Term

Days: Monday-Friday

About the Role You'll be part of our warm, collaborative, pet-loving dedicated TA and P&C team, helping us find the amazing people who power our healthcare services. Think: no cold calling, no agency sales, just real recruitment that matters.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

Source, screen and support the hiring of administration and medical imaging professionals for our Capital/Lake Imaging brand

Build strong partnerships with our internal hiring managers

Advertise like a boss across job boards, socials & LinkedIn Recruiter

Deliver a first-class candidate experience from start to finish

Juggle multiple roles with a smile (and a coffee)

Requirements

5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience

A friendly, confident communicator who builds rapport with ease

Solid attention to detail and ability to prioritise like a pro

Passionate about people, purpose, and getting the right fit

Bonus points if you've worked in healthcare or high-volume environments
