The Role: You’ll work across a broad range of sophisticated commercial disputes, with exposure to matters including: Directors’ and officers’ claims Professional negligence and professional indemnity ASIC investigations and regulatory proceedings Defamation Breach of contract Discrimination and employment-related disputes General corporate and commercial litigation All matters are run at

Supreme and Federal Court level
