Lead Installer / Job Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team at Dream Courts Pty Ltd in Western Australia. As the Lead Installer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the installation of our state‑of‑the‑art sports courts for residential and commercial clients. This full‑time position will be hands‑on, carrying out the projects and managing your own schedule. Full training will be provided for everything you will be doing at Dream Courts.

What you'll be doing

Manage and carry out the installation process for new sports court projects.

Work with the current team and interstate team to deliver court builds.

Develop and implement installation plans and schedules.

Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the smooth flow of materials and resources.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an installer, landscaper or supervisor in the construction industry.

Project management and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Clean police check as you will be working in schools also.

Working with Children’s check once on board.

Full work rights in Australia (Open to immediate sponsorship for the right candidate).

Operations base will be Wangara and Malaga. Most jobs are within greater Perth. Some travelling required.
