This is an excellent opportunity to join One Group Realty as the Partner /Director of Real Estate Sales. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and growing the sales team in our Northern Corridor of Melbourne. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive exceptional results for our clients and the business. This is a critical leadership position that will have a direct impact on the company's success.
What youโll be doing
Lead, motivate and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share and profitability
Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to client negotiations and closings
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the local residential real estate market
Foster strong relationships with existing clients and expand the client base through exceptional service
Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and internal policies
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business as part of the leadership team
What weโre looking for
Extensive experience (3+ years) in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Thorough understanding of the local residential real estate market and industry trends
Exceptional sales, negotiation and problemโsolving skills
Relevant real estate qualifications and a deep knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
