Strong stakeholder and industry engagement Build and maintain critical relationships with real estate groups, financial partners and key external stakeholders. About the Role

You will oversee and support practice operations in WA and SA, working closely with the Practice Managers in each state. You will ensure standards, compliance, culture and processes align with national expectations, while contributing to firm-wide strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This role suits a senior property lawyer who wants to lead at scale, work across jurisdictions and influence national practice outcomes in a well-supported structure. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers. Provide strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements. Ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements and internal policies. Champion innovation and continuous improvement in legal service delivery. Oversee internal audits, complaints resolution, and quality assurance frameworks. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development. Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, particularly real estate and financial partners. Supervise the development of staff and lead structured learning and development initiatives. What We’re Looking For

5 - 8+ years PAE in property law with a principal practicing certificate (or ability to obtain one). Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing legal teams in a dynamic regulatory environment. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and business success. Demonstrated ability to execute business growth strategies, expand service offerings, and enhance operational efficiency.
