We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This role focuses on supporting our internal corporate functions and our expanding UK business. Responsibilities

Provide accurate, timely financial reports, models, and analysis to business leaders. Partner with the business to offer analytical advice and support on financial management issues. Develop and deliver commercial solutions aligned with corporate financial targets. Assist in preparing strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, offering insights and advice. Collaborate on the corporate business plan and monitor key results through reporting and forecasting. Conduct ad hoc analysis and financial modeling. Identify opportunities for performance improvements in systems and processes. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are preferred. 7-10 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a business partnering role within a medium to large ASX-listed company, preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems). Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and stakeholder influence skills. Benefits & Culture
