As an expert in the Health & Community industry, you will partner with employers and customers across the Maroondah (Ringwood and surrounds) and Calder areas, sourcing employment opportunities within our new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) division. Through strategic specialisation within your region, you will create strong and lasting relationships with employers, creating opportunities for customers with disabilities.
If you have a background in sales, consulting, customer service or business development, you could be a great fit for our team. We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in Employment Services at WISE.
To be considered, you must:
Have full Australian working rights
Hold a full Australian driver’s license
Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

A day in the role involves…
Using your business development skills and deep industry knowledge, create a deep and sustainable pool of partnerships with local businesses
Build strong relationships across the WISE network, to assist in meeting participant and program requirements
Promote our participants to employers creating tailored employment opportunities
Deliver regularly scheduled industry workshops to employers and participants, establishing trust within your market
Help to educate and prepare WISE participants, working alongside our other frontline staff to prepare participants for ongoing employment
