Head of Fulfilment

After witnessing firsthand the logistics challenges faced by SMBs, the founders evolved the business into a tech-first fulfilment solution. Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Fulfilment to join the Operations Team, reporting to the GM of Operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire fulfilment network, ensuring end-to-end service performance and preparing the business for rapid, tech-driven growth. You will lead an expanding multi-site Fulfilment Centre portfolio, leading the FC Managers and overseeing the day-to-day execution of operations. You will spearhead development of processes to improve safety, speed and quality. This is a deeply hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be embedded with teams, solving problems on the floor, while also influencing strategic direction. As we enter a critical phase of growth, your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our systems, teams and infrastructure are ready to scale. Key Responsibilities

Set scalable standards across the FC network, ensuring the foundations are laid to prepare for future growth. Work with the FC managers to build an inclusive and collaborative work environment and culture across all sites. Be responsible for developing and delivering projects to further improve in areas such as safety, performance, quality and speed. Take ownership of the Continuous Improvement aspects of operations within our existing and future fulfilment centres. Work closely with growth and customer success teams to deliver on merchant expectations. Oversee the development of quality systems including the documentation of processes, SOPS and knowledge bases to support ongoing improvements. Utilise Lean methodologies to identify quantitative and qualitative constraints within the existing FC environment and provide recommended corrective actions to the Operations and Tech leadership teams. Drive special projects including upgrades to existing automations, revised layouts for functions within the FC and procurement of additional assets in line with approved initiatives.
