An exceptional opportunity is available for a Specialist in Non-Invasive Cardiology to join a large regional referral hospital undergoing significant expansion to become a regional Cardiac Centre of Excellence. The Opportunity You will join a progressive and well-established

Cardiology Unit

at a time of major growth and transformation. The service is expanding both clinically and infrastructurally, positioning itself as the

primary cardiac referral hub for the region .

Working within a

multidisciplinary cardiology model , you will contribute to the delivery, development, and future planning of comprehensive

non-invasive cardiology services .

Clinical Services The Cardiology Service provides a broad range of diagnostic and outpatient services, including:

Echocardiography

Stress imaging

Cardiac CT

Heart failure services

Cardiac rehabilitation programs

Chest Pain Assessment Services

Following a significant capital investment, the department is currently progressing:

Construction planning for a

new state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory

Expansion of the

Cardiac Investigation Unit

Increased

inpatient bed capacity

Your Role You will provide specialist non-invasive cardiology care across:

Coronary Care Unit

Cardiology Ward

Cardiac Investigation Unit

Outpatient Clinics

You will play a key role in service development, clinical governance, and strategic planning for the non-invasive cardiology service, contributing to the department’s evolution into a leading regional cardiac centre.

FRACP (Cardiology)

RACP Advanced Trainee

eligible for fellowship within 6 months

International Medical Graduates assessed by RACP as

Substantially Comparable

or with an

interview date confirmed
