Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple interrelated projects under a unified program strategy.
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
Coordinate across project managers, product owners, and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and delivery standards.
Facilitate decision‑making and remove roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across delivery teams.
Manage vendor relationships and third‑party dependencies where applicable.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
Experience & Skills
7+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or fintech environment.
Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑stream programs.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is highly desirable.
Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
