Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced

Senior Lawyer

with deep expertise in

commercial law, property law, and transactional matters . In this role, you will: Lead and mentor a team of talented lawyers across commercial, property and related disciplines (reflecting the firm’s multi‑practice expertise and progressive approach). Manage a varied and high‑quality workload spanning commercial transactions, property and real estate matters, corporate structuring, and broader commercial advisory work (consistent with the firm’s established core practice areas). Nurture and grow client relationships with a focus on exceptional service delivery and pragmatic commercial outcomes. Work closely with leadership to drive innovation and continue the firm’s reputation for adopting modern approaches and new technologies in legal practice. Play a strategic role in developing and expanding the practice on the Gold Coast. About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring: Extensive experience

(8+ years PAE preferred) across

commercial law and property law , including complex transactions, business sales/purchases, leasing, and structuring. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide, develop and support junior lawyers. Strong commercial acumen and an ability to build rapport with sophisticated clients. A commitment to excellence, innovation, and high‑quality client service—qualities central to the firm’s culture. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
