Key Responsibilities: Draft and review contracts ranging from services agreements to employment contracts Provide relevant advice to customers and employees where appropriate Work closely with business colleagues to provide legal solutions that are business-oriented Collaborate with legal colleagues in preparing templates, guides, playbooks, processes and/or manuals Be the point of contact for Australian-related matters the company is involved in Work across various Australia/New Zealand related projects Key Requirements: Must be geographically based in Australia Qualified to practice in Australia 3-5 years’ experience (in-house experience is not essential); a strong background in cross-border employment law matters is ideal Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, and eager to continually learn and develop professionally Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English (other European or Asian languages are a plus) Total Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
