for multiple locations. Locations: Bertram, WA 6167 High Wycombe, WA 6057 Rossmoyne, WA 6148 Wungong, WA 6112 Rehoboth (Wilson), WA 6107 - Part time role

About the Role Lead the daily operations of your OSHC service while supporting a passionate educator team. You'll create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships, and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily OSHC operations

Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate programs

Build positive relationships with families and schools

Ensure compliance with NQF and regulatory requirements

Manage enrolments, rosters, budgets, and admin

Qualifications and Requirements

WWCC (WA)

Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood

Must hold Diploma in ECEC

National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge of NQF & My Time Our Place

Strong communication & organisational skills
