You will be confident in content strategy and audience engagement and show a strong grasp of digital publishing. You may come from a newsroom, media, or communications background or bring transferable leadership experience from another sector. You will also need to be comfortable with (or willing to learn) the commercial side of running a media business: understanding how content drives revenue, overseeing operations, and managing diverse teams across editorial, advertising, and production. To succeed in this role, you will need to be:
