About the Oscar Wylee Joint Venture Partnership Opportunity Our core focus is to support owner-operated Optical professionals to build successful businesses. Our Joint Venture Partnership program is available for experienced Store Managers who are ready to take the next step to become a business owner and partner.

As the Retail Partner you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of the store with your team. You will be innovative and focused on maximising efficiency, productivity and performance of the business whilst providing a positive experience to all customers and work collaboratively with your team. You will also contribute to the business by supporting the Oscar Wylee strategy and adhere to industry regulations and compliance whilst promoting OW as the leading destination for Optical care.

You will earn a salary and receive a share of the profits. We take away the pressure of starting your own business by providing a professional support network and will nurture your leadership skills.

About you Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing

Minimum of 2 years management experience

The ability to influence, mentor, support and motivate team members

The ability to create a professional and friendly experience resulting customer for life

Innovative and collaborative in your approach

Passionate to lead with an entrepreneur mindset
