We have an exciting short‑term leadership opportunity for a General Manager to oversee our Torquay home for a 6‑month contract. You’ll take responsibility for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for residents and their families. Responsibilities

Lead the home with a clear focus on delivering exceptional, person‑centred care. Ensure compliance with aged care standards and workplace safety. Inspire and engage a multidisciplinary team, driving collaboration and continuous improvement. Optimise operational performance, achieve financial and occupancy targets, and enhance resident experience. Qualifications

Proven senior leadership experience in health or aged care. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance. Ability to implement change and drive continuous improvement. Knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance requirements under the Aged Care Act. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate highly regarded). Benefits
